  • Meet Kath

    Q. What do you do and how long have you worked at Assure Futures?

    A. Gosh, I've had a variety of roles. I've been with the company for 12 years now and started out as a sales person, and did rather well. Then I returned after having children and we used my sales experience in our compliance department ensuring the quality of our advice is top drawer. Most recently I have been responsible for recruitment.

    Q. What are the people and environment like?

    A. The people are really friendly and open to change, they are professional. The offices are lovely and we are given the tools and resources to be able to complete our roles well. Big display screens too!

    Q. What makes you proud to work for Assured Futures?

    A. I am proud of the growth of our company and the professionalism we maintain. We offer advice , not just repeating an order. We actually help people for the better.

  • Meet Nigel

    Q. What do you do and how long have you been with Assured Futures?

    A. I am a Case Manager helping clients complete thier applications and managing their case right through the underwriting process to going on cover. I've been here since June 2016

    Q. What is the training like?

    A. Oh, really good. When I first started I was impressed with the training, from the first welcome to the learning curve, it was one of the best I've seen. There is a structure that allows development through all aspects of the job.

    Q. What are the people and the environment like ?

    A. Great people to work with, airy office, clean environment. All the managers are approachable and have a very open attitude, a family type environment.

  • Meet Matt

    Q. What do you do and how long have you been with Assured Futures?

    A. I am a Life Insurance Consultant. I have been with Assured Futures for 3 years and initially started as an administrator in customer service until I moved into my current role.

    Q. What do your like about your particular role?

    A. The role gives you motivation to work hard as it is performance based, so the more work you put in, the more money you get. Its nice to have in depth conversations with clients in the fact finding and building rapport with them.

    Q. What would you change about working at Assured Futures?

    A. Two things, integrate the office more , get the teams more involved with each other. And differ the working hours slightly, sometimes it can be a long week if working on a Saturday morning.

    Q. What is it 'really' like working at Assured Futures?

    A. It is a difficult role but its rewarding. It is not easy as you have to have lots of product knowledge, but its fun and you get rewarded too.

  • Meet The Boss

    Q. What is your career history?

    A. Well, I think that I embody what is possible in a career at Assured Futures. I started at a basic adviser level when I was just 18 and I've worked up through the ranks, within our sister company A-Plan and at Assured Futures. I don't have a degree or even A-Level's but through being a good all-rounder and sheer hard work I've got to this position. 

    Q. What makes you proud?

    A. PROUD is an anagram made from the first letter of our companies values Positive, Rewarding, Open, Understanding and Dedicated. Firstly I am proud of what we do. Insurance is crucially important, to lives, to society, to allow businesses to grow and social mobility to exist. Our life and health products truly deliver and protect families when the chips are down, when terrible things happen to loved ones. We know the value of our products. But even more so I am proud of how we 'do' insurance. We have the widest panel of insurers, we have the best prices and we have staff dedicated to delivering the right customer outcomes. 

    Q. What does the future hold for Assured Futures?

    A. Whatever we make of it! A company is only as good as its people, and if we continue to pull together and believe in what we do, will will continue the year on year growth we have achieved over the last 10 years.
