Customer Service Adviser - Customer Care - Full and Part Time - 20 hrs +

We offer flexibility in hours and location with the option to work from home 2 days per week. Requirements of a Customer Service Adviser

  • Fantastic telephone manner with a real passion for customer service
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritize own workloads
  • Professional attitude
  • Confident user of computer systems and following processes and procedures
  • An eye for detail


Responsibilities of a Customer Service Adviser

  • Providing support and guidance to customers over the phone
  • Update and liaise with third parties such as answering queries from insurers
  • Accurately submit the information gathered and update systems
  • Prepare and send customer documentation
  • Champion and drive a strong culture of compliance and regulatory principles


20- 39 hrs per week

Operational Opening Hours :

Monday to Thursday 08.45 – 20.00

Fridays – 08.45 – 17.00
