We’ll give you the training you need to become an expert in all our processes, but we need you to create an exceptional experience for our clients ensuring all their insurance needs are met. 

We need people who are organized, professional and inspired to go that extra mile for the client.  If customer service seems too much like hard work, then this is not the role for you.  Your attention to detail and your ability to learn and retain knowledge about our products and our partners are the things that will make you successful in this role. You will need to be an excellent communicator in both Polish and English.

You should have extensive administration experience, where you have had to balance the needs of many competing priorities and still produce excellent results under time pressures.  Your administration experience doesn’t need to have come from the Financial Services Industry – you just need to be able to demonstrate your excellent organization and your passion for doing the right thing for the customer.

Requirements of Customer Service Administrator

  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • First class communicator (verbal and written)
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment


Responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator

  • Efficiently process life and health insurance applications
  • Ensure the accuracy of submissions and post-sale documentation
  • Provide regular updates to the client during the application process
  • Respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner
  • Create and send insurance documents to clients
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales teams
  • Order stationery
  • Provide general support to visitors to the office
  • Champion and drive a strong culture of compliance and regulatory principles such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation and the insurance industry, acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures, keeping up to date with any changes and sharing this knowledge with colleagues


Full or Part Time hours available, up to 39 hours per week

Operational opening hours are Monday to Thursday 08.45 – 20.00, Fridays – 08.45 – 17.00

1 in 4 Saturdays – 10.00 – 14.00
